Place an order:
Start an order from the pre-assembled Visel Design watches via „Now I buy” menu or design and order your own unique watch via „Watch Design” menu.
To order pre-assembled Visel Design watches from „Now I buy” menu click on the "ADD TO CART" button next to your selected Visel Design watch.
Ordering from the „Watch Design” menu:

The content of your card can be checked by clicking on the „cart” icon on the menu bar.
Additional item quantities can be specified, modified and deleted.
To delete a product, click on the „X” in the product line. The product will be deleted from the list.
After reviewing the items in your shopping cart, click on „Payment”.
As the next step, it is necessary to provide your shipping data (full name, e-mail address, shipping address and telephone number). Delivery within Hungary is free of charge. As the final step, you can select the payment method.

Payment method:
With PayPal system. PayPal payment is made through a secure system, which is possible with a PayPal registration. After placing the order, the number of the order, the content of the order and the shipping address can be reviewed. This will be confirmed by an automatic e-mail. The confirmation e-mail also includes a tracking number which helps the costumers to track their packages.

Shipping:
Delivery is made to the specified delivery address. The delivery takes 3-10 workdays. Therefore, please send your order from www.viseldesign.com in time.
The Visel Design watches are delivered by GLS Hungary Kft.
Shipping expenses:
If delivered to any European Union member state: 30 EUR.
Other countries: 35 USD

Warranty, guaranty:
The warranty period is based on legal requirements, in order to increase the satisfaction of our customers, we undertake a lifetime warranty on our products.
In case of a defective watch, torn strap we unconditionally replace them for all our customers.
​
The warranty does not cover normal fraying and mechanical breakage resulting from the use of the product.
If there is a warranty claim for the online ordered product, the customer can return it to the following address, where the watch will be repaired or replaced:
